GrowYT Refund Policy
Effective Date: 18th November 2020

At GrowYT, we strive to provide high-quality YouTube marketing services and customer satisfaction. However, to protect our business from misuse and fraudulent activities, we have established a strict refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing any services.

1. NO REFUNDS AFTER 48 HOURS OF STARTING WORK
Once the work has started, you are eligible to request a refund within 48 hours of the start date.
After 48 hours from the time of starting the work, NO REFUNDS will be provided under any circumstances, even if the work is incomplete or results are unsatisfactory.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

The refund request is made within 48 hours of starting the work.
The service provided does not match the agreed-upon terms or deliverables.
The request is submitted in writing to support@growyt.in with a detailed explanation and supporting evidence (if applicable).
3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are strictly non-refundable:

Completed or partially completed services after 48 hours of starting.
Any work or progress already delivered.
Losses caused due to changes in YouTube’s algorithm, policies, or third-party issues beyond our control.
Third-party platform bans, strikes, or penalties resulting from platform policy violations.
Any perceived lack of performance or lower-than-expected results since YouTube growth is subject to factors beyond our control.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel the service before work starts for a full refund.
Once work has started, the above refund terms apply.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@growyt.in with the reason for cancellation.
5. FRAUDULENT CLAIMS AND CHARGEBACKS
We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent refund claims or chargebacks:

If a chargeback is filed after work has started or after the 48-hour refund window, we reserve the right to dispute the claim with the payment processor.
Any client found attempting to make a fraudulent refund request or chargeback may be blacklisted from using our services.
Legal action may be taken against any individual or entity attempting to defraud GrowYT.
6. REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Processing fees or third-party charges (e.g., payment processor fees) may be deducted from the refund amount.*
