All payments must be made in advance.
Payments are non-refundable once the work has started and 48 hours have passed (see Refund Policy).
Failure to make payments may result in the suspension of services.
4. User Obligations
You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.
Comply with YouTube’s terms of service.
Not engage in illegal or unethical practices while using our services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content created by GrowYT remains the intellectual property of GrowYT unless otherwise stated.

6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:

You breach these Terms.
Payment issues arise.
You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
7. Limitation of Liability
GrowYT is not responsible for:

Any direct or indirect loss due to service performance.
Platform changes or penalties imposed by YouTube.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
